Some patients feel a loss of energy, strength and vigor to do usual routine work. The person suffering from hypersomnia may require a sleep during the daytime. For some individuals this may persist all along their lives, while for the other people, this condition occurs due to some tension or temporary turmoil in life.

The most important fact is that, people suffering from hypersomnia cannot stay awake even by drinking a lot coffee and tea. They forever remain sleepy during the daytime as well. This is perhaps because of the fact that a sleeper may not get substantial quantity of oxygen during the night’s sleep. Due to lack of oxygen, the tissues do not receive food and therefore remain fatigued.

Often depression is the main reason causing hypersomnia. The best possible way to fight hypermetropia is to take the help of a doctor. The doctor may advise you in a proper manner and reduce the problem that you actually face. Taking medicines at your own disposal may be fatal.
