Labeling of the containers with prescription labels that contain dosage information also needs to be taken care of by them. After which it is passed on to the Pharmacist who verifies and checks the prescription before it is handed over to the patient. Maintenance of patient profiles, stock inventory over the counter medications are some of the other works of a certified pharmacy technician.
